
Vic Pramaggiore
President
Vic has been working as a Macintosh support specialist since 1991. His focus is being the authority on the Mac OS and how it interacts with third party peripherals and applications. Vic's strengths lie in his ability to listen to a client’s needs and custom tailor a software/hardware solution to match those needs. As one of CDNA's founder's in 1997, Vic is determined to make CDNA Cincinnati's premier Macintosh source for sales, support and service. Vic is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University and has a degree in Marketing.

Bryan Spitler
Lead Systems Administrator
Bryan is client-focused to the core. He prefers working with clients directly to help them craft the best IT infrastructure for their company. He is always generating new efficiency, automation, and managed services to minimize the cost of IT for each of his clients. He spent over 5 years at Apple providing customer service and consulting customers on product integration. While there he held several titles; working as a trainer, repair tech, sales, and administration. He is deeply invested in the customer experience. He holds a Bachelor's in Communication, with an emphasis in Cinema-Television. He enjoys traveling, tacos, and chasing his three kids around the house.

Jordan Cassini
Systems Administrator
Jordan brings with him 5 years of Apple experience, from sales to service, along with a passion for finding out why things work the way they do. He spent most of his time at Apple as a technician and an administrator, helping to facilitate Apple’s repair strategy in a customer-focused way. He studied Journalism and Philosophy at the University of Cincinnati, and when he’s not on the clock, Jordan enjoys reading, gaming, hiking, and all things Cincinnati sports.

Brock Brocker
Systems Administrator
Brock has over 9 years of experience working for Apple as a software trainer, iOS technician, and Mac repair technician. With a unique way of being able to explain technology in laymen’s terms, Brock loves to share how Apple technology can make people's lives better. Brock holds a degree in Graphic Design from The Illinois Institute of Art Chicago. In his free time, he loves the outdoors and traveling with his family.

Don Dodson
Network Administrator
Don got his start in IT back in the mid 90’s working on Apple Laptops for his High School as part of a Technology Leadership program. He has serviced computer system since then, accumulating knowledge of many different systems over the years. He has been working with Managed Service Providers since 2011, and has expanded his experience to various different network technologies. With over 20 years experience, he has built networks and servers from the ground up, developed training programs, worked with teams to complete major network moves, and completed Office 365 migrations, all while focusing on the needs of client. During his free time, he enjoys time with his wife and 3 kids, and can been found most weekends on a football or baseball field.

Ashley Blackwell
Service Manager
I spent 3 years with Apple building my technical knowledge and before that spent time in various careers that all involved working hand in hand with people. With a degree in psychology, I like to think of people as being the heart of why I do what I do. I have a genuine love for Apple products which is why I love to fix problems and help people love their devices again. When I’m not working I love to watch Clemson football and spend time with my wife and our two boys.

DJ Hunter
Repair Technician
DJ joined the Apple family in 2018 as an IOS specialist and Mac technician. Throughout that time he immersed himself with the products and became captivated with the endless capabilities and functions. He takes pride in having an extraordinary commitment to the customer and resolving issues to the best of his ability. He also thrives at helping fellow team members succeed to uphold Apple’s prestigious reputation.Prior to Apple, he worked as a personal trainer with a passion to help others achieve their goals. He continues to enjoy maintaining an active lifestyle.He graduated from The University of Louisville with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and is an avid Cardinals fan. Go Cards!In his free time, he has fun spending time with his family and buying shoes to add to his collection.

Rawn Wilson
Repair Technician
Rawn has been working with computers and technology for almost a decade. Diving into the IT field both as a career and a hobby at a very young age, he brings a well rounded expertise. Rawn has experience supporting clients in both Macintosh and PC systems, drone videography, web development, graphic design, and networking. Using technology in new and impactful ways to help others is what allows Rawn to maintain a life-long passion for both the field and the clients he supports. In his free time he enjoys camping, bourbon, gaming, and spending time with friends and family.
